IQELA Project Management (IPM) is a construction project management consultancy operating in the built environment.
The company was established by Thern Robért in 1996 under the name TSR Project Management. The name changed to IQELA Project Management in 2005 to keep pace with the times, and the business has evolved into a successful consultancy with an excellent reputation and many repeat clients.
We have an office in Cape Town as well as an associate office in Johannesburg, and have served clients for many years operating across South Africa, into Africa and the Middle East, offering the following services:

Bay West Mall
IPM have been appointed as the tenant coordinators on a massive new regional centre that will change the face of Port Elizabeth. The centre's GLA is 85,000 square metres and there are 250 shops, with all the major and national retailers across South Africa being represented. The value of the project is R2 billion.

The Sanctuary
IPM have been appointed as tenant coordinators and project managers of Woolworths and Pick n Pay on The Sanctuary. The project has a GLA of 16,000 square metre and is an A Grade mixed use development, consisting of retail and office facilities as well as a Virgin Active gym positioned between Somerset West and the Strand.
